A magical combination of pregnancy support, labor attendant, and professional birth photographer all in one!

I am passionate about guiding birthing people to trust their INTUITION, identify and RELEASE their fears, and step into their POWER!
What is a Doula?
The word Doula is derived from Greek origin and is defined as “woman who serves”. As your birth doula, I will provide custom care to support you throughout your pregnancy, labor, and postpartum days.
Doula care includes:
guiding you and your partner to dive deep into what your desires are surrounding pregnancy and birth
providing you with evidence-based information and options available to you along your journey
exploring techniques to prepare your body and baby physically for your upcoming birth
creating space for mindful exercises that will help address and release any fears you may hold surrounding pregnancy, birth or parenthood
Hands-on labor support on birthing day
We will meet throughout your pregnancy and I will go on call from 37 weeks until delivery, joining you on your birthing day to support and serve. After baby arrives, I will provide breastfeeding support, as well as a list of suggested community resources that can be so helpful in those postpartum days.
More importantly, as your doula I will be there to hold space. I will be a safe place for you to voice your feelings without fear of judgement. Birth is transformative, and my heart is called to empower. I would be honored to be a part of your birth team.

It’s best described as an intuitive dance. Reading the energy of the birthing person and meeting their needs as they ebb and flow. With my camera always close by, I am constantly observing and recognizing when I need to provide hands-on support, and sensing when the time is right to capture a priceless image. It’s the best of both worlds- a doula and professional birth photographer in one!
